Telemed is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent, licensed medical providers. Telemed does not provide medical services directly. All medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments are provided by licensed medical professionals who are solely responsible for your care. A doctor-patient relationship is established only between you and your healthcare provider, not with Telemed.
Any prescriptions issued through the platform are at the sole medical discretion of the licensed provider. Telemed does not guarantee that a consultation will result in a prescription. Medications are fulfilled by licensed U.S.-based pharmacies and shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure the efficacy of regenerative protocols.
As part of our personalized longevity protocols, you may be required to provide biological markers through lab testing. You agree to provide accurate information and to follow the instructions provided for such testing. Results will be shared with your medical provider to tailor your treatment plan.
You agree to pay all fees for consultations, laboratory tests, and medications as disclosed at the time of purchase. While Telemed does not directly accept health insurance, many treatments and consultations may be eligible for payment using **HSA (Health Savings Account)** or **FSA (Flexible Spending Account)** funds. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility with your plan administrator.
